Staff
We employ full time roadside technicians based at Conwy, Bodelwyddan and strategic points throughout our area. This is to enable the company to despatch vehicles to any emergency at any given time.

Many of our staff have been with us for over 20 years and all are highly trained and dedicated professionals taking a great pride in their jobs resulting in many testimonials and thank you gifts from customers.
All of our staff under-go an advanced defensive driving course with Police driving instructors including skid car training. Six members of our current staff possess a Class 1 LGV license.

Our own in house training involves working alongside one of our more experienced technicians for the first week. This involves continuous appraisal and evaluation.
This is backed up by regular IVR training both on and off-site.
