Control Room
Our current Control Room is based at Conwy Morfa, Conwy. North Wales Recovery operates the Control Room on a 24-hour basis.
At all times a member of North Wales Recovery Management team will be available with advice, and to deal with non-standard tasks

Communication Network
In order to provide a speedy response and to avoid engaged phones North Wales Recovery operate one telephone number with 10 lines 24 hours a day. The Control Room is also equipped with EDI turbo Dispatch for the acceptance of jobs from all the motoring organisations.
We also have full network and broadband capability. All our bases are connected by a virtual private network providing a seamless communication link between both.
All our operatives are equipped with mobile phones and pagers so are able to respond very quickly when on call.
A manager regularly monitors the deployment screen and instigates the necessary procedures to ensure our response targets are as best as possible
